A gathering of outsourced staff of Premier International Procurement Logistics Limited(PIPLL), a company contracted by Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company (IBEDC), converged in the Ibadan, Oyo State, to protest against low salaries and deplorable working conditions.
The protesters, who came from various states such as Oyo, Ogun, Ekiti, Osun and Kwara, marched to the PIPLL office, chanting slogans and displaying placards that highlighted their grievances.
They call on President Bola Tinubu, Governor Seyi makinde, Minister for Power; Bayo Adelabu, ,Trade Union Congress (TUC) and Nigeria Labor Congress (NLC)
